Web Analytics and Evaluation Presentation at the 2010 H-PEA Conference

I had the opportunity to speak about web analytics and the online experience evaluation at the 2010 Hawaii-Pacific Evaluation Association (H-PEA) Conference. My presentation was scheduled for the last time slot of the day (full disclaimer: I was responsible for the scheduling of the presentations during the conference and really wanted to go last so other presenters did not feel that I used my board status for my own advantage) right before the the ice-cream social. Know your Visitors – Interpret Trends

Looking at trends is always a good exercise to understand your visitors a bit better. You can understand your visitors even better by looking at two trend-lines together and see how they are related to each other (you are looking for correlation here).
